Husum/Friedrichstadt & croatian food

Heute nahmen Herbert und ich uns die Zeit, um nach Husum und Friedrichstadt zu fahren. Als wir noch unser Wohnmobil in Deutschland hatten, wurden diese beiden Orte recht haeufig fuer Wochenendtrips von uns genutzt. Das Wetter war nicht so schlecht und wir genossen unser Fischbroetchen und den Blick ueber den Deich. Am Nachmittag besuchten wir meine Omi, 94 Jahre alt, wie jeden Tag.
Today Herbert and I took the time for a little getaway to Husum and Friedrichstadt. As we had still our RV in Germany we used this both cities a lot for small weekend trips. The weather was not that bad and we enjoyed a bread roll with fish and the view over the levee. In the afternoon we visit my grandmom, 94 years old, such as everyday.




Am Abend trafen wir fast all unsere Freunde (wir vermissten Sylvia) in einem Kroatischen Restaurant, genau wie letztes Jahr. Von nun an ist das eine Tradition. Wir hatten eine Menge Spass und ich ass wieder viel zu viel von dem koestlichen Essen. Aber ich wuerde es genauso klasse finden, all unsere Freunde mal bei Lucille's in Tustin, Orange County, zu treffen. Wer weiss....vielleicht eines Tages!
In the evening we met almost all our friends (we missed Sylvia) in a croatian restaurant, like last year. From now on it's a tradition. We had a lot of fun and I ate way too much because I love this food ;) But I would also love to meet all of our friends at Lucille's in Tustin, Orange County. How knows...maybe one day!
