Idee muss "Man(n)" haben / it's good to have smart ideas

Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von dem Einfallsreichtum meines Mannes....Wir wohnen ja nun in einem Haus mit grosser Garage. Da in der Garage aber neben dem Auto, Motorrad, den Fahrraedern etc. auch Waschmaschine und Trockner untergebracht sind, muss schon alles immer an einer bestimmte Position stehen, damit man(n) ueberall noch ungehindert rankommt. Wenn man das Auto zu weit reinfaehrt, bekommt man Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht mehr geoeffnet, faehrt man das Auto nicht weitgenug in die Garage, kann man den Kofferraumdeckel nicht oeffnen. Zuweit rechts oder links koennte es schwieriger machen, die Tueren zu oeffnen, weil dort Raeder und Motorrad geparkt sind.
Nun zu der simplen aber absolut effektiven Idee meines Mannes: er hat einen Tennisball an eine Schnurr gehaengt und das ganze genau dort an die Decke gehaengt, wo der Wagen stehen muss. Beruehrt man nun den Ball mit der Frontscheibe, steht das Auto in der perfekten Position! Schlau, oder?
I am always impressed about the great ideas my husband has.... We now live in a house with a big garage. In this garage has to fit, beside the car, the motorcycle, the bicycles. The washer and dryer are also placed in there. If the car is parked to far inside the garage, you can not oben the washer and the dryer. If the car is parked too far behind it could cause problems to open the back door of the car. And if the car is too close to the right or left side it could course problems to open the sidedoors because of the motorcycle and the bicycles. With a simple but effective idea my husband found a solution. He attached a band to a tennisball and fastened on the celling. If now the tennisball touch briefly the windscreen the car is in a perfect. Smart, isn't it?
