Die nachfolgende E-Mail haben wir heute per Rundmail von einem unserer obersten Chef's erhalten! Trotzdem so etwas recht haeufig vorkommt, genau wie Lobs, bin ich noch immer jedesmal erstaunt / ueberrascht / begeistert! Eine schoene Motiviation, wie ich finde!
Today we got from one of our managers the email you'll find below! Even though something like that happens quite often, in the same way like kudos, I'm still amazed / surprised / thrilled everytime it happens! I personally think this is a really good motivation!

Thanksgiving is a great time to reflect on our lives and be thankful for everything we have. Not so much the "things" but more the friends, family and those people that have had an impact in our lives. You see, it's the people and memories in our lives that we will always remember.
Reflecting on my life I realize how lucky I have been. Every morning I wake up and think how lucky I am to be married to the most incredible woman I have ever known. We have three grown children who are healthy and working towards their chosen professions. I've worked for one company - Paychex - over 27 years - that has allowed me to provide for my family. Clothing, shelter, food, education and so much more. I live in a place that many travel thousands of miles to visit. Beaches, ocean, mountains and many other things that we only need to view from our window. We live in a very special place.
Thank you all for your dedication, teamwork and commitment to service. We would not be where we are today without your willingness and caring attitude to our clients and each other.
As you enjoy a well deserved day off, I hope you all take time to give thanks for the people around you - mom, dad, wives, husbands, kids, aunts, uncles, friends - or anyone else that can create a memorable Thanksgiving holidays.

I love it! Ich hatte nur gehofft, er wuerde euch "Thanks" geben mit einem Tag mehr frei (Friday)! Anyways...ich gebe euch auch THANKS fuer die tolle Unterstuetzung und Freundschaft dich ich von euch erfahre! Ihr seid klasse und ohne euch waere es hier nur halb so schoen!

Da kann man ja neidisch werden... bei mir in der Firma gibt's ja nicht mal ein Lob. Die handeln wirklich nach dem Motto "kein Meckern ist Lob genug". Schön, dass Du so ein Mega-Glück mit Deinem Job und Deinem Chef hast!!! Ich gönne es Dir von Herzen :-)
Das ist echt toll! Ich waere auch tierisch ueberrascht sowas zu bekommen. Mein alter Chef in Deutschland hat immer gemeint, die Leute wuerden besser arbeiten, wenn man denen genug Angst einjagt. Also hat der immer wieder nur auf unseren Fehlern rumgehackt. Schoen, dass es auch Menschen gibt, die der Meinung sind, dass Lob die Leute motiviert, anstelle von Kritik!
Ich hoffe, ihr beiden habt ein schoenes Thanksgiving gefeiert.
